Required information is your Name, Email address and Telephone number. This information is necessary for us to be able to contact you and reply to your enquiry. Alternatively, you can telephone us direct on our displayed contact number where we will take details as necessary during your enquiry.

If you do not agree to this necessary data collection, please refrain from contacting us for the products and services we provide.

We use your Personal Information only for our own purposes to service your requirements, in a lawful and fair manner. We will ask you to provide additional information to become a member of our schools.

Please note that we may process your Personal Information without your consent, if we have a legitimate reason to do so, provided that such use will not have a prejudicial effect on your own rights.

We will disclose information only to the relevant Law Authorities, where there is a legal request and requirement to do so.

The products and services we offer via our website and marketing platforms are designed and intended for purchase by adults. If you are a child under the age of 18, you should review the terms of this Privacy Notice with your parent or guardian to ensure you understand and accept them.

Mobile Message Services

We currently do not use, nor employ, any type of Mobile Messaging Service. However we may be contacted via a SMS message, so will reply via the same method. Also, SMS may be a means of contact to keep our customers informed of unforeseen events or during situations when other methods of communication are not convenient.

Who do we share your Personal Information with?

We do not share, sell, rent, lend nor exchange, your Personal Information with any third-party marketing organisations.

The sharing of your Personal Information will only be what is needed to process a membership  subscription to a banking system so, purely for the purpose of delivering a service to you.

We may also share your Personal Information with the relevant law authorities, if we are requested to do so for legal reasons, as outlined earlier in this Privacy Notice.

Your Personal Information is transferred from our UK servers to our own secure backup system.
